Living room base boards

As of tonight all the baseboards in the Living room have been painted, this leaves installing the moulding and switch and socket trim are all that's left of that room except the stairwell and closet and vestibule doors.

Once the mouldings and socket trims are in place the furniture can be moved into position and the new Television and stand can be installed. 

The floor will still require cleaning and repairing but that, in all four rooms with hardwood flooring will be done last.
